Cancellation Policies:
- All cancellations will be subject to charges for bank commissions and administrative expenses.
- If any cancellation of the reservation is made, it must be made at least 24 hours before the date of the reserved tour, otherwise, a No Show will be charged.
- For groups, if any cancellation of the reservation is made, it must be made at least 72 hours before the reserved tour.
- If cancellations are made within the terms provided for this purpose, a 70% refund of the requested services will be made or, when applicable, the retention of the advance payment by the client.
